Malia Ramdhanny is the esteemed Chief Technology Officer at Cadmus, where her brilliance in engineering and unwavering commitment to sustainability guide the company's technological advancements. With a rich background in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado and hands-on experience from the High Altitude Race Engineering team, she excels at merging innovation with environmental stewardship. Beyond her technical prowess, Malia’s leadership is influenced by her team-oriented mindset, honed as a player on the Grenada women’s national soccer team, and her passion for exploration, evident in her love for travel, Lego construction, and hiking with her dog, Zuko.
Joseph Yoder
Chief Investment Officer
Joseph brings a decade of Aerospace & Defense experience to the Chief Investment Officer role at Cadmus, where he leads strategy, investor relations and business development. With a passion for prototype design, Joseph has been apart of numerous programs that have transformed conceptual ideas into millions dollar contracts. Prior to joining Cadmus, Joseph held various roles with high-tech startups ups and industry leading defense companies to include Epirus, Lockheed Martin and Collins Aerospace. With a background in project engineering and lean consulting Joseph strategically aligns Cadmus with the customers need for cost effective solutions through lean manufacturing and streamline design processes.
